    How do I manually add a run on the Nike Run Club app?

    Follow the directions below to manually add a run on the Nike Run Club app.

    1. Go to the Activity screen.
    2. Select the "+" icon.
    3. Enter your data

      Note: Pace will default to the average pace of all your previously synced workouts. When you enter distance and/or duration, your pace will adjust accordingly.

    4. Save the run.

    Toedit the run information like RPE, terrain, shoes and photos or toshare your activity, locate the saved run in the "ACTIVITY" screen.
