    Thanks for your feedback.

If Nike+ Connect displays Code 68, your Nike+ Sport Charger firmware is unable to update.

Nike+ Basketball: Code 68 with Nike+ Sport Charger

The Code 68 error message within Nike+ Connect appears when Nike+ Connect is unable to update your Nike+ Sport Charger firmware.

You will still be able to use your Nike+ Sport Sensor and Nike+ Basketball equipment as normal if you experience Code 68. However, Code 68 will prevent you from installing the latest firmware updates, which contain new features, bug fixes, and other important improvements to your Nike+ experience.

Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve Code 68:

    1. Unplug your Nike+ Sport Charger, with the Sport Sensors inserted, from your computer's USB port.
    2. Plug your Sport Charger back in to your computer's USB port.
    3. Nike+ Connect should prompt you to install the firmware update that's available. Please click "Update" to start the installation process.
    4. If Code 68 continues, wait several hours and try again. The problem may be an issue with rather than your device. In this type of situation, the root cause is generally resolved within a few hours.

If you continue to receive Code 68 messages when you connect your Sport Sensors, please give us a call and let us know. We'll work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
