You can review your run details and stats on the Nike+ SportBand by pressing the Toggle button (on the side of the SportBand). The distance, pace, elapsed time and calories burned from your last run will scroll through the SportBand display twice.
Press Toggle again to see the total distance you've run in the past week. The week begins Sunday at 12:01 a.m. and ends the following Sunday at midnight. Press Toggle a third time to review total miles you've run while using the SportBand.
The SportBand records up to 30 hours of run data (15 hours if recording heart rate). Upload your run data to your Nike+ account to clear space on the device.
Individual run information is not stored on the SportBand after upload. You can view your full run history and details by logging in to Nike.com and going to "My Activity."
